9. Warranty
Dull Boy Blades offers a lifetime warranty for defects on all knives, this excludes cosmetic wear, scratches, rust, breakage of the tip, or any misuse including throwing or prying. This warranty is transferable to any owner of any knife during its lifetime. If you would like to make a claim, please contact Dull Boy Blades using our contact page. Such claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review by the owner of Dull Boy Blades. Possible replacements will be of the same or equal value but are not guaranteed to be exact model or design.
10. Returns
Any knife or product may be returned within 30 days of purchase, and are subject to strict inspection, fees may apply and will be assessed upon examination.
11. Blade and Tool Purchases
Dull Boy Blades will ship directly to the address information provided by the purchaser at checkout. The customer is solely responsible for knowing their state laws and regulations regarding possession and the carrying of edged tools.
12. Lead Times and Shipping
Dull Boy Blades makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow at least 10 business days for domestic orders and 20 business days for international orders before inquiring. Be aware that other shipping delays may occur that are out of our control. If you believe that your package was stolen, lost, or was damaged please use our contact page to reach out to us regarding your order.
13. Indemnity
Any purchaser or user of one of Dull Boy Blades products agrees to indemnify and hold Dull Boy Blades, and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, harm, costs, and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against or suffered by Dull Boy Blades set forth by any breach of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities by the user or customer through the Dull Boy Blades website. This indemnity shall have no limit regarding its scope or duration.

RETURNS
New items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, and are subject to inspection and associated fees may be applicable depending on the condition of the item/packaging.
